I also know that a R/S is a tool used to remove shareholders so you can dump more later on. It's common in stinky pinky.

What this says to me if screw the shareholders, I have to take care of those who sold air shares by getting rid of as many shareholders as I can. Kinda like the lawsuit, get rid of shareholders.
