I would be inclined to agree with you, except that Ken has free-trading shares to sell. His shares weren't "delayed." That says plainly to me that Ken is scamming KATX "investors." I can't see any plausible way to interpret the situation any differently, after all this time with no communication from Ken.
How can you plausibly explain the facts any differently?
