#2) CEO is a crook...stealing shareholder money year after year...see 2009 financials $700K salary on 290K revenues

#3) CEO is in over his head....THE SECOND HE STEPS DOWN the share price jumps 200-300%

#4) 200-1 reverse split coming....maybe more
