I strongly alluded to the deleterious effect of the current lawsuits and how given the company's past similar toxic financing to stay alive, the law suits could easily grow in this 'global settlement' enviornment and raise our needed number of new shares to a troubling number.
Some berated me as being a basher and claimed everything of a negative diluting nature was now factored into the share price.
I sure hope the market perceives it after the latest news is digested and that there are no more surprises lurking.

I would like more than anything to be wrong, but feel the need in this forum to candidly and honestly express my thoughts with no personal agenda at work to drive the price down.

An informational, constructive and encouraging conference call this week, could 'break the back' of all this financial concern and any confirmation of continued testing and results exceeding expectations, or something like that, could be incredibly bullish and start us on a dramatic new path upwards.
Here's hoping.

There has to be a special place in heaven for young, struggling biotechs and those individuals who devote their lives to improving the world of medicine.
