If you had followed SIRG since mid July you would be aware of the trading pattern with the large spread the MMs have had on SIRG since then. Often 10 pts or more, the current spread is 15 pts. so we are used to being up or down 20% or more. Happens almost every day!
Last bad news SIRG had was when the 44 year old CEO died unexpectedly on Aug 23, 2011.
The BOD quickly elected J. Rod Martin to the CEO position.
