The numbers turn red when they go lower than the prior days number. That is why it is red right now.

Yes SIRG issued convertible notes to pay for their 80% ownership of the Chloride Copper mine. Now that those notes are gone, SIRG no longer has the liability of paying them off and they own their share of the mine with no mortgage, making it an asset.
