The refusal of the board to consider him... is a blatant proof.
There isn't anyone else engaged here that I've seen that comes remotely close to being a person who'd fit that description.
So, I still tend to think that until legitimacy is restored, there isn't going to be a damned thing that happens here, other than the legal effort, as is required, to restore legitimacy...
When the obstacles to legitimacy are removed, then, as I've noted, the rest just isn't that hard...
The problem with the approach being employed now... is that it seeks FIRST to lock in the illegitimacy that has been imposed... pairing "why can't we all just get along" with "nothing to see here, move along"... hoping that history can be subsumed in the effort.
NOT gonna happen...
