It's only public knowledge if one has a reason to look, and finds something, and until I had a reason to look, and did, I didn't have a clue. But the CEO knew, and didn't tell me, and morally, and legally he should've told me.
That's a good question. Why didn't the CEO tell me when I signed that NDA ?
