Excellent point !! Someday water will be more valuable than gold.

Maybe they should keep the property until water increases in value.

I agree, Bourque Industries aquifer need not be mined for gold, but for water.

Seems simple, if we own the property and can drill a well for drinking water usage, then the amount taken along with the final disposition should be under our control without any oversight by regulatory bodies.

A simple e-mail to T. Boone Pickens office, with our aquifer location, would get a quick and simple reply since they have already researched near ever water table in the United States for possible investment.

Even if ours is small, collection of many smalls eventually grows to a big.

T. Boone Pickens thinks water is the new oil, he's betting $$$$ that he's right.

A quick easy sale of the property could buy Bourque Industries another needed machine, or maybe another needed plant.
