I don't recall the proper names of the forms but I do remember the fact that they were filed relatively close together...which to me hints that whatever direction they are going in...it is thought out and planned. But .... This silence ...can't quite figure it out....they were so vocal in the months passed. If you were searching for investors....anyone knows ...silence is not the way...so they seem to have what they were looking for.....something is definitely up...just wish they would tell us what was happening .
