Pechala's Reports gives STTN a rating of BUY (out of Buy, Hold, Sell) and a risk rating of Low (out of Low, Medium and High) Has a 2 week prediction of .07 going to the 11th. Seems to me that they are looking at getting in here at these levels and holding till boomage time!!
