I don't know anything more about Vincent or any prospects for the future. I don't even know for sure whether delisting cancels shareholders. I suspect not as there are shareholders in private companies. It would take a BK to get rid of shareholders, at least here in the states. I'm just guessing at that based on some other experience I am having with a "Q".

Thank you for the logical response, your was the only one. In my experience the form 15 is normally the last SEC filing before a company goes dark. Do you know if Vincent is the ceo of any other companies? If the past filings were truthful and the numbers were real then you would think Vincent would move the company to another ticker. Just my thoughts.

My pleasure to try my hand with a reasonable response. I just wish that the question could have been about how we were going to trade this at 0.0785.............
