Guess I'm a bit confused. Me and mine own approx 20 million shares of ARSC. Our divvy is approx 133,333 shares of HYDRA. I agree, a lot of shareholders will sell immediately and the value of HYDRA will drop like a rock. I am thinking ARSC is quitting, since no annual or quarterlies have been filed - so what happens to the 20 million shares we have? Do they become worthless or part of a new company - HYDRA??? I do see an rs with ARSC if they remain a company, that's the only way the unit price will come up which is a good thing. The dollar value of the stock will remain the same, but the share price could increase to .10, depending on the rs. Yep, I am confused.
