There WAS an issue with the records. The records existed to be an issue. But, the management LIED about what that issue WAS... so YES... lying is fabrication... and they fabricated the issue, exactly as you said they did.
Ex: Pierce testified falsely in her filing with the court...
So, conflicts and struggles for control aren't illegal, but, when you violate the law in your effort to prosecute them... THEN THEY ARE...
