I don't believe that was a secret....last CEO/owners are scammers. Was common knowledge. New CEO just seems like he's having trouble with the legality of his business and getting it off the ground. Dividend was just a bs company, so you have to wait for te scammers to use it in a scam. Might be several years or never, but you got it for free and you should have made some money on this stock on the runs it had if you did buy for the dividend. So if the dividend stock ever becomes real that will be a plus.
