where is word "OFFICIAL" in your post or Link so one can figure out what you are talking about. In the link it did mention IF Katx RR can FIND mineable minerals. Is that what you are referencing as official. Oops, found the official part, no need to respond. A lot of REE's and none mineable, got that too.
Is Core Drilling/ASSAYS considered old fashion exploration methods now? Just need Gov't maps or drive down the road in the convertible for new discoveries. I , myself, have confidence in the old drill/assay routine.
