Awesome reply thank you. Makes sense. So it's more along the lines of if I knew my great grandfather had buried the 50 million and knew without a doubt it was there but since my word isn't a solid piece of evidence (proven well) it would make the cheap finance money to go get it harder to come by. I'm glad they haven't diluted the shares.

and peak prices will be reached when the well is completed, fracked and connected to production...

Could you give an estimate, once they have attained financing of course, how long this process could take?
