The PPS proves that Tony scammed shareholders. When the restricted shares are free trading on Nov. 16 2011, there will be no bid and a price to pay to lift the restriction.

Zero bid speaks for itself. Maybe we get one more pump but I don't see how. Any decent enti technology was given away to help create another pump and dump. Looks like the ptel divy was a scam also.
