SamDogT is right. Focus on the Progas link.
Be a due diligence Bloodhound on this SamDog, and keep sniffing out the true facts of the link with Progas.

Don't forget that the deal with Progas is with the UBRG subsidiary company, Texas Gulf Oil & Gas. And, as that company is a (wholly owned) subsidiary of UBRG it's accounts must be consolidated in the UBRG quarterly accounts.

Some elements of the Progas deal may be 'confidential' but UBRG shareholders are fully entitled to the income and expenditure details of Texas Gulf Oil and Gas. A 10Q from UBRG without those details is both incomplete and misleading.
