He is not stupid. If he were poor, he would have gotten in and gotten through anyway.

So what if his dad was an alum...

These schools depend on the big bucks from their grads so they can hand out money to the beleaguered minorities... one can only hope that the recipients have the brain power and incentive to LEARN by working.

Education is not a spectator sport.
