I need to add I'm certainly not trying to place blame on you, because that's not it. Just a general criticism of the way the PR announcement was handled by the company.

are on the same page! I do, understand what you are
saying and respectfully receive the wisdom content
therein.

No one can say w/100% certainty they will even wake
up the next day. In a generic sense you are correct.

I believe it was CEO's intention to release that PR
There is nothing against SEC regs that state you
cannot share a phone converstation as ongoing D.D.
Iv'e seen this on many boards. Sometimes, investors
will post a email or others will share a generic
phone conversation.

No one, not even CEO could see this coming, however,
he has built credible trust w/his investing contituents
and while, I acknowledge others' disappointment and
feel that way as well, this was unforseeable.

If you couldn't tell, I call things as I see them
but remain realistically optimistic at the same time.

Is the glass 1/2 empty or 1/2 full? That is for each
one of us to decide and shows the beauty of diversity :)

Hearherd, is the market closed yet? Is there 1 post out there that states that a PR won't be today? I don't see one. As I see it, the day isn't over yet and even after hours is still today.. :-)
