Evidence? None. However, antecdotally, the stock price has gone down for weeks every time a new round of financing has occured with these guys. Either they are selling some (as would be prudent given the deal they have), or current holders realize that they are getting further diluted so they lighten up.

Addtionally, the price has often bounced back after the term of the Seaside financing ends.

There is no evidence that Seaside did a "quick flip" in the past.

Why would anyone assume they would do it now?
