This is not really the case. Possibility is has not adhered to some peoples timelines but no way a fail. The thing is with the PR's last week most people viewed them as worthless because they didn't know how to use the information given in them. WL put that out there for the people that are very connected with the land titles. It is wonderful and very exciting news.
