At least. Have you checked out the real world power consumption of those semprons? In a desktop system, under full load, with a desktop hard disk, the whole system is drawing .27A at the wall. http://www.hkepc.com/hwdb/ecs-ob-2800-3.htm You can see where they're taking their amperage measurements from the PS power cord. With an 80% efficient power supply, that's 24watts for the whole system. The disk drive is using 8 watts and the board, chipset, on-board video, etc. is using another 8 to 10.

That means the new Semprons are drawing 6 to 8 watts under load.
