Thanks for the info. I knew the ODD part of the rule, I had not heard the EVEN part.
Do you follow the 50% rule also?

PEIX dropped nearly 20 days in a row from $1.12 before a bounce; we have only been going up for about 12 so maybe 8 more to go just to balance things out. There was no doubt a 800 pound VAC sucking up shares yesterday.
