If the merger they are alluding to is as good as it sounds, there wouldn't be a need to dilute/sell shares. But, of course we need to find out what this company is bringing to the table before that determination can be made.
The other type of dilution could be in the form of restricted shares. If that is what occurs it will no immediate impact
