VSTA - Sounds like a pretty decent plan considering they had been abandoned. I can see how this reduces the initial costs associated with all that research, and now they look for the "cause", fix it and put it back out there in a safer mode. Interesting concept!

VSTA- May times they fail is because they run out of funding which is a strength that VSTA has, private funding.
