#2521 RE: EquityTrader #2520

From what i understand, any public trading company can have a in house transfer agency to protect its equity capital, pls correct me if im wrong. The company has been publicly trading for years with Ms. Irizarry as a transfer agent, if there were any conflict of interest i believe the SEC would exploit them within the first year of trading dont you? Ive been watching biotech companies for years, and most biotech companies are trading at $10-$20 per share, i think its a matter of time before this company gets to that level and stays there for good, IMO
