You know it, they messed up their business with the wind dept/solar stuff.
But their business in distrubuted power is very solid for years.

All they need is report correctly what it is then 0.6/shares is a steal. It is risky but it can pay off big time. 2 or 5 can be reached easily if they restore the financial trust.
