'Miss' lady not trying to be a spoilsport but just some information on Cannon AFB. You probably already know this but some might not. ;^]

Cannon is on the list for deactivation and shut down by the BRAC commission. The commission was just here and got an earful. Our US Senators and Representatives and our illustrious Governor, Bill Richardson (Who wants to the next President of these here United States) were in Clovis in full battle regalia.

If Cannon stays open (which it should, there are a lot of prairie dogs and gophers to shoot at on those plains) there are miles and miles and miles of practice bombing and sorties;it will be announced later this year. Do not have an inside but hope it stays open. Cannon is the mainstay for Clovis.

There are some GREAT men and women who are in service there!!!
