I've learned a long time ago to never say, "Never." It is possible. However one would have to be the parent and the other would have to be a subsidiary - SOPV & SNRY, I mean. It may make sense to someone with a better knowledge of high finance than me. I tend to lean toward thinking that for the majority of the time, the simplest and most logical answer is usually the correct one.
I can't see the logic in it - unless one would be the public company owning Arava Power and another would be the public company making inroads into the other nations - as GSP is now claiming to do. But that would be sheer speculation, since SOPV has not announced that they are seeking financing...YET.
