The best thing ever that could happen to Penny Stocks is do away from Margin Acct's. These plays would last much longer.

And it don't make no sense to me why cash accts, get pentalised with the 3 day rule, when were dealing with cash, and folks on CREDIT can sell, and buy 100 times a day, makes no sense at all.

This needs to be stopped.
