DAMN... .32 per share is TOO low! We do not need that!!! WTH?

Does the executive suite at Seven Arts Pictures somehow have the share printing machine cranking 'em out to the open market??? This stock is not supposed to hit .32 again! If shares are piling into the O/S through some means though, it will hit .32... and a lot lower.
