yes but stocks that dump shares to raise the money
by spreading rumors of the mailers ahead of the mailers
start going the wrong way by trapping investors have a hard time
getting past the self imposed damage they create to the stock..
well via merits of stock price,but the amount of money they are raising during this is pretty impressive...
