And Here EXPH sits at NO BID and NO Volume with a bloated O/S, bank lawsuits, IRS liens, supplier lawsuits.

It was a SCAM right from the beginning.
Glad to see so many caught on.

No, not quite "enuff said". As usual, the truth seems to once again been omitted concerning a description of my commentary on the company, but that's become the norm hasn't it? However it is extremely helpful in the throes of Expo's demise to be having my two year+ old posts pulled up by an entity that knowingly pumped it for about the same amount of years as I have been posting about it BEING a scam, LMAO!

I have posted here ad naseum about how I did not realize EXPH was a scam in September 2009. That I received a tip from a trusted member, bought some shares, flipped them over 72 hours and was done with it. And at that time, even in those cherry picked, out of context posts of mine, I was STILL advising caution with Expo Holdings:

You've put $90K of your own money into EXPH, a pink sheet penny stock? Most investors reserve perhaps 1/2 of 1% of equity investment capital for such a high risk category. Am I to assume this is the only penny you own and that your total potfolio amount dedicated to equities is around $18 million? I am hoping to hear nothing but good news here over the next two weeks, but in an instance where things did not work out as planned, 6M shares will be an almost impossible position to unwind. Just curious.

And despite a blatantly prevaricative statement of being "lured in" to buying EXPH shares by my posts in early September 2009, it would seem one well known EXPH investor entity was still claiming to NOT have yet invested in Expo even at the very end of September 2009.

Yet look here on 9-29-2009. This is “an investment”. Many “newbies” who bought in at .03 and are “still here”. I wouldn’t have the slightest idea who bought in at .03 and was “still here” treating EXPH shares as an investment unless of course I was speaking for myself…then I’d know for sure.

Now, I really didn't post much of anything positive or negative about Expo Holdings again for well over two months (9-11-2009 to 11-24-2009) following those 9 to 10 cautiously optimistic posts in early September. But when I realized what Brown was up to with that ridiculous "spin-off", I was on record firmly as having serious doubts about Expo Holdings as legitimate in November 2009:

You can't create wealth out of thin air by issuing pieces of paper. The EXPH shareholders aren't initially gaining anything of value on this spin off but a bunch of new shares. Assuming the market reacts in a normal fashion, 1 share of "etc" and 10 shares of EXPH will have no more value tomorrow than 10 shares of EXPH did today if they're reasonably valued using the same asset base. You seem to imply there is some sort of magic in all this. I made a very simple point, it is imperative that shareholders know what percentage of assets are being transferred from EXPH to "etc".

So obviously around the end of November 2009 soon BEFORE a well known investor entity in EXPH had started posting that they had purchased shares (December 2009), I had already made my feelings about the company well known. Meaning that in fact, IF that entity had listened to me, they might well never have bought EXPH shares in the first place. There is only one real post by that entity showing when those EXPH shares were being purchased and that was on December 14, 2009:

"....I forgot to mention that I can also place a stop and stop limit orders in..However..since I am doing nothing but buying right now I am only placing limit orders on my buys..."

So, as is proven, documented, linked and evidenced above, I never once "lured" anyone into investing in Expo Holdings. Quite to the contrary. Long BEFORE most people knwew it was a scam, I was here debunking it. It is just sad that when the actual truth is posted, it becomes evident that many just didn't possess the common sense to listen to me ;-). All IMHO.

TRUMPSTER!

Unfortunately people that invested here and are holding have worthless shares now. The company is completely exposed as a fraud it's ridiculous. No update on shareholders meeting. I figured that wouldn't happen.

If there was a glimmer of hope you would have had a shareholders meeting, but the company is now silent and the end cannot be far away. Time to put this behind and move on.
