Well, you admit Ken gave himself the shares right? So, why not the shareholders first as it was supposed to be. If you remember we had a 6 month restriction at first and then he took it off. He had a 12 months. Sure there is no market now as they have done nothing and have little cash, but what if they somehow do find a white knight and either sell HC or they buy Kat for .000001 and then do another P&D and screw everyone for the third time? Think Ken cares about the shareholders? I think his actions and lack of transparency proves he could care less about anyone other than himself and maybe his brother.
