This reinforces my opinion that the manipulation that we have been seeing is from these crooks trying to force William to make a settlement by pushing the pps down and that it is not dilution of ANY kind.

They may think that if they can instill fear in the investors, that William will give them a settlement to make them go away and let the pps rise again. Just imo.
