I agree with you. I had a Chinese company that uplisted to NasDaq. Everything on paper looked great, until the SEC started questioning the company. They were halted and now are on pink sheets. Thus, if management wants to delay the financial statements, it becomes a red flag to me. I also am having doubts that SNEY will be able to fully implement their business plan with the lack of adequate cash. JMO
