DD is flawed. There has been dilution, and more will be coming, with the recently announced 300 million increase in authorized shares and the new 10 million blank check preferreds.
Based on what you provided I also conducted extensive research on CMGO and all of the information you posted was easily verifiable and 100% accurate. CMGO has been diligent in their filings and IMO keeps it's shareholders extremely well-informed.
If anyone doubts and information that you provided I suggest they sit down at their computer and spend a few minutes conducting their own DD before spewing unfounded accusations and rumors.
