Those are abbreviations for trading tiers on Pink Sheets.

QB is for OTCQB (where SMKY is currently listed).

PN is from Pink Sheets - No Info (ie. Stop Sign).

In another couple of weeks, we should have no abbreviation in front of our symbol - that would happen with our uplisting to the OTCBB. :-)
