The company hasn't filed YET.......

The Company shall have the right to file to deregister as a public company due to the absence of any outstanding shareholders as of the current date.

So, I'd like to know why this stock is trading?

The court doesn't have the authority to de-list, but does have the authority to approve the plan, which it did.

I expect the company to file to de-list soon, and the trading will then cease.

Are we still shareholders or not?

The 8k was filed today...a legal document with the SEC...and that makes it official...the MMs now know it's official too...loose ends still exist but trading will cease soon...GLTA
