You will find numerous accounts of the DMRS making owners clean the sites up.. There is actually a huge Federal grant issued for just that purpose. Any mine caught discharged fluids was effected. guyer had a big job ahead of him when he got the millsite. He had to clean the entire site..which has been done...and furnish a new site to dump the tailings..and he has...a dry stack tailing design is being designed in durango as we speak..see ryan when you know the area it all makes osme sense about CGFIA...it just takes time!
