I just keep seeing the NOL's and now that you mention taxes...... Makes perfect sense to carry over that last bit. I hope this happens and can't wait to be a part of it, good or bad, it should be fun as hell for the folks who hung in there last year.

Tax free profit for at least 2 years...... at least I think that's what I'm looking at in CBIS past filings....
