Hi Tex,

I have a question for you, with all due respect of course, do you really think a competitor would bother trying to mess with Identa? I mean there's just so much "unknowns" out there about this company, and probably so few investors now, that I wonder, why on earth would Identa be on anyone's radar? Especially with such publicly poorly touted leadership/management.

I mean I guess if a competitor was really that malicious, they could have an Intern in a back-room somewhere posting away and trying to mess with the competition, thinking they'll keep little-Identa beaten down because of their own insecurities, but in my opinion, I don't see Identa going anywhere fast, too many questions, not enough answers.

Maybe they would manipulate their price down so investors can't sell the millions and millions of shares they are holding. I certainly couldn't unload all my shares. It's more then they trade in a week.

Guess is as good as damn-it here now.

With Identa at least. Company hasn't told me for years who these "private" investors are or you and I could do better. All we get is more dilution for more private investors. Who is this faceless crowd who keep getting mentioned? Identa doesn't want you to know just like the gagged T/A they don't want you to know any more than the barest of brief snippets of info. In other words bafflegab in place of fiduciary duty. That's the reason today they fly the Caveat Emptor banner which for some very ugly reason doesn't seem to rattle management in the slightest.

Not liking that one bit Tex. They were purportedly all ready to go Current Reporting they distinctly led everyone to believe they were and NOTHING not so much as an update on the issue. A major material event just vanishes into the ether. I don't like management guessing with my money but clearly that's what they are doing. I'll wait for the walls to cave in before I buy any more now, that's clearly where this is headed. Thrown enough away on this chameleon, tell me something tangible and MAYBE I'll reconsider but it would have to be very very compelling. The market is so skeptical of this company now it's not funny. All self inflicted all the time, something's not adding up here on any calculator but bafflegab. :-(
