I also got a phone call Friday afternoon (7/1).

I ripped into the caller, saying I would NOT vote, in order to deny the management a quorum. I told the lady I thought management did NOT deserve these extra shares, since they were doing a CRAPPY job running the company. She said (in a slightly surprised and amused tone) "I will relay your comments."

I said "Thank you" and hung up.
