The timeline is worrisome however, I still see no massive dumping by the company.

And their legal council is legit.

I disagree. If that were true you'd see the insiders dumping big time.

Something that may work... an alternative investment (or speculation lol) from PM stocks. I contribute little to the board, and have done very well thanks to many posters here... so here is a very good short term trade opportunity imo.

Wordlogic - WLGC on the pinks.
2 plays in one - they have almost completed their intelligent input app for tablets and smartphones. Their app won top awards last week at a conference and has just started being vetted by several phone OEM's and carriers. They can launch in 60 days but expect to have licensing agreements in place before that.

Patents - they have a bunch of patents on predictive search, text etc. Almost everyone in tech is infringing on them (color coding suggested next key, predictive search like google instant, and more). They can't litigate because it either takes serious coin or the law firm gets a huge chunk, plus it takes years. The have retained a top tier law firm in Washington DC to rattle some cages. If nothing happens soon, demand letters will soon go out. Application licensing should more than fund the business going forward.
Swype, another text entry product is slower and much less sophisticated than Wordlogic (although with sales and customers) and was purchased by Nuance just 2 weeks ago for $102MM. WLGC is valued at only $10MM today and with the first patent or application license, it should start to rocket. Multi-bagger potential in days weeks or perhaps a couple of months imo. This sector is on fire.

I am long a boatload from $0.1675 average cost.

PS - call them up and speak to the CEO ... if you can get him as they are extremely busy
