The Economia Ministry in Mexico City is the one to call for permits. Cotton claims to have it, but has never shown it or claim he has ever completed an EIA.
Is Cotton just an operator for the claims... just a thought, but is that the 10% he gets on the disbursments of the LC? and that 10% is all CWRN gets?.... the rest goes to the real owner... just a thought.
