My best estimate is that there will be no offer for our shares. They will buy sufficient Rule 144 shares from insiders to take control. Only 79 mill out of 320 mill shares are "freely trading", meaning not subject to Rule 144. The 79 mill shares are ours, bought on the open market and freely tradable.
