Thanks for your help. I noticed on the weekly chart that it had a high of .0183 in January so I believe we might be able to get between .018 and .02 on technicals alone. On the weekly chart it also appears to be forming a cup and handle. If that breaks out on big volume as a result of news, I believe the 03s would be in order.

Thoughts?
