You’ve conveniently left out the significant amount of time that will be needed to recruit patients into two large trials. Even under your highly unlikely scenario where the FDA approves Evizon based on one-year data, you are still talking about approval in 2008 or 2009. 2007 is not even remotely possible.

The sad thing is: approval in 2007 would have been possible if GENR had quickly partnered in late 2003 after release of the Mexican results and proceeded directly to pivotal phase-2/3 trials. (This is what I had hoped they would do.)

Instead, GENR frittered away valuable time because they overplayed their cards in the partnership negotiations and, without a partner, they lacked the expertise and financial resources to proceed directly to pivotal trials.

You can thank management’s incompetence and greed for the destruction of the share price.
